Treedly Dee Dah Day, Conkers!

HORSE CHESTNUT
Aesculus hippocastanum

HorseChestnut

Reminds me of harvest, the change of seasons, shells to crack. Except you can’t eat horse chestnuts raw, you can only make conkers out of them as they are toxic. You can make soap or creams from them though, although I imagine you have to cook them first to boil off the toxins, it wouldn’t do to absorb it through the skin.

The keyword in the book for this is “Consideration.” Consider, puzzle something out, don’t be in too much of a hurry as some of the best answers come slowly, with patience. If you rush toward an instant conclusion you will ignore an important consideration. This would include assessing or judging others.

I only got 5.5 hours of sleep. Rats, and I was doing so well. The card reminds me that it takes time for the body to reset itself and rid itself of toxins.

  1. I find that image really relaxing. And a good message too. Like food, ideas take time to digest.

Yes, rats about sleep. But don’t be disheartened. Maybe tonight will be better.
