Equilibrium Rules in Castle Pendragon

Daily Draw May 16th, 2012

As I frantically try to catch up on about 8 loads of laundry this week…

I hadn’t heard this particular legend before, which shows you how often I use this wonderful deck.

Uther Pendragon fancied a grand moat around his castle and tried to divert the River Eden to do so, but the river would not cooperate so all he got was a trickle.

I am taking this to be about retaining balance and equilibrium when life doesn’t run the way you want it to. There is something to be said for the versatility and flexibility needed to allow things to come out right no matter how much you want to control exactly what “right” means.

Interesting. Zen in a Matter of Britain kind of way.
