Diversity in the Forge

Daily Draw April 16th, 2012

This card is one of the Strength cards, and the blacksmith represents those who can survive a trial by fire. However, the forge’s fire sometimes burns many to cinders instead. A dangerous event needs many sources of strength to overcome. This great diversity is helpful.

I like the idea of diversity to give you strength for survival. Diversity in habit and in work can often keep the mind off dangerous things when it would prefer giving up.

The blacksmith seems to have some winged helpers contained in the fireballs that surround him, as if the dangerous sparks also held assistance.
